Sierra was recently featured in an episode of the PBS docuseries The Roots of Comedy with Jesus Trejo, diving into her beginnings as a comedian starting stand-up at 16 and her family's deep Asian American roots in LA. She is most known for playing Evangeline on Mindy Kaling's The Sex Lives of College Girls on Max and was a part of the main cast of The G Word with Adam Conover on Netflix. Previously, she appeared in Marvel's Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, voiced characters in Disney's Raya and the Last Dragon, and performed standup on Last Comic Standing (NBC), Last Call with Carson Daly (NBC), Just For Laughs Digital, FOX, and MTV.
She primarily writes and develops for TV. She is currently co-developing a pilot for Paramount and has written for Golden Axe (coming soon to Comedy Central), Exploding Kittens (Netflix), Close Enough (Max), Earth To Ned (Disney+), Eureka! (Disney+), and more! She also created and Executive Produced I Am Frenchie for FXX and co-created/developed a pilot with SK Global.
